Design Response
Coastal developed a refined lighting approach designed to complement both the restored architectural features and the contemporary additions within the home. Interior and exterior lighting were carefully positioned to highlight detailing, material textures, and key architectural elements while maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the residence. Exterior lighting subtly extends the living environment beyond the interior, illuminating pathways, entertaining areas, and landscape features while preserving the calm character of the property.
Architectural Electrical
Coastal delivered the full electrical installation for the renovation, carefully coordinating services throughout the project to ensure modern systems integrated seamlessly. A structured data network was installed to support the home’s technology requirements, alongside integrated security systems including alarm, cameras, and gate access. Electrical infrastructure was also provided for the swimming pool and outdoor areas, ensuring the home remains highly functional for both everyday living and entertaining. Throughout the project, careful attention was given to the placement of switches, outlets, and services to maintain the clean visual language of the interiors while preserving the villa’s timeless character.
